Dog Friendly Camping in The Snowdonia National Park.
We more than welcome, infact we positively love to have dogs and their well behaved humans on our campsite. They are an important part of your family and deserve a holiday too. There are some great walks, great beaches and great swims in and around the Bala area and further afield within the Snowdonia National Park and North Wales for you and your pooch to explore.
Right on our doorstep are woodlands, the start of the Bala Lake walk and also Bala Lake to swim in. In addition just around the corner you can also travel on the Bala Lake Railway with your dog. Bala town itself is only a 15 minute walk where you will find dog friendly eateries and pubs.
Dogs are also allowed on the local public transport, so you and your pooch can explore by bus if you prefer to leave your car for the day.
The only thing we do ask is that any accidental poop is cleared up and that you keep your dog on a lead whilst on the campsite and honour each others space. It is also advisable to keep your dog on a lead whilst on the footpath in the neighbouring fields just in case there are sheep grazing. There is however plenty of off lead experiences to be had very close by.
Look out on our tariff page as on certain months dogs camp free
